I cleaned well and washed the fish, I portioned it, I seasoned it and salted it, then I left it for 15 minutes, so that the spices penetrate better into the fish meat. Then I mixed the paprika with flour, in a frying pan I put the oil to heat, then I took the pieces of fish, I rolled them in flour with the paprika and I put them in the hot oil. I fried well on both sides, then I took out on a tray with absorbent paper for the excess oil.

Cristina, clouds or any other algae from health food stores go in this context. they are good to add them whenever you can in the food because they eliminate heavy metals from the body (mercury, pesticides, etc.). even a seaweed in soups is ok, you will not feel the taste, but they are healthy.

normally the sauce is based on butter, if the plate is cold, it cools down quickly and until you reach the table with the fish, the butter is hardened. any food with butter sauce is served like this, on a heated plate

Excuse me for asking, but what does "ochiometric" mean? I'm an old engineer, but I've never heard of such a device (or device).

not very strong, the butter burns quickly over high heat. 5 minutes / part is enough for smaller trout.
for potatoes you can use butter instead of oil.
