Wash the meat and boil it in water with a little salt, bay leaves and garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half. Let it boil for about 40-45 minutes.
Peel the vegetables (potatoes, carrots) and boil them in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
We also boil the frozen peas respecting the time indicated on the package.
We put the eggs to boil and from the moment the water starts to boil, we leave them for 10 minutes. Drain the water, put cold water on them and leave them there until we finish chopping the vegetables and meat.
Finely chop the pickles and donuts and put them in a sieve to drain the juice.
Finely chop the potatoes and carrots.
We cut the boiled meat into small cubes or in small strips (as we wish).
We prepare mayonnaise in double quantity (see the recipe here: //retete/maonnaza-gata-in-5-minute-48381.html).
In a large bowl, mix everything, add the boiled peas, season with salt and pepper.
For decoration, cut the olives in half, finely chop the egg white, do the same with the yolks.
